My name is Seth Gibson. I am currently a Senior Marketing Undergraduate at Georgia State University. I was awarded GSU’s Richard Hammill Outstanding Marketing Student Scholarship for 2019. As a father of a beautiful preteen I have become consumed with what is being presented to her on a daily basis in the form of advertising. I choose marketing as my major because it is an inescapable part of my everyday life, and I thought it would be a wise decision to learn how it actually works and what drives it. I am a firm believer that those who aren’t equipped to ride the digital marketing wave in all forms will quickly find themselves left behind in the marketing dark ages. I have chosen to become a blogger because I feel that those who have knowledge are responsible for sharing it to others.
